NFC Testifies Before Congress

On Thursday, April 14th Nation Ford Chemical testified before Congress on the importance of passing the Miscellaneous Tariff Bill for domestic manufacturing.  The testimony was given to the Committee on Ways and Means Subcommittee on Trade.  The testimony was supported by both The Society of Chemical Manufacturers and Associates (SOCMA) and the National Association of Manufacturers  (NAM) and included representatives from a wide range of manufacturers in terms of size, region and product.  The hearing can be viewed using the following link.  Ways and Means Committee: Hearing on the Miscellaneous Tariff Bill.  Brooke will be back on Capitol Hill to meet with the office of Mick Mulvaney (South Carolina, 5th District) and further promote passing the bill and supporting domestic manufacturing.
